Director of Payroll Background Profile:
The Director of Payroll will have a Bachelor’ s degree preferably.
Equivalent work experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
7+ years payroll experience 
3+ years management experience
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
Expert knowledge of payroll methods, best practices, compliance and tax filing for multiple states.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assist with establishing min/max levels.

Maintain information system item master, including descriptions, pricing, par levels, and expense codes.
Coordinate return shipments and maintain return log.
Keep shelves and storage bins clean and organized.
Monitor back-orders.
Assist with tissue/biologic tracking program, including checking in and logging tissue, bone, and other biologics.
Assist with consignment process.
Provide back-up support for Bill Only process for implant purchase orders.

Materials Technician  Background Profile:
High School Diploma required
Previous experience in healthcare preferred
Experience creating Bill Only Purchase orders
Previous experience as a surgical technologist preferred
Knowledge of orthopedic surgeries with a preference on total knees, total hips and spine surgeries
Experience working with materials ordering systems in the past
