Temporary Administrative Assistant – Property Management
Our client, located in Downtown Nashville, TN, is in need of a Temporary Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave. This role is estimated to last from the beginning of May through August. 

Company Profile:
Commercial property management company

Your Role:
The main responsibility of this role is to support the Property Manager and to assist all tenants of the property
Answer phones
Greet and assist all walk-ins
Maintain conference room schedule
Gather information about work orders, input into system and file in tenant file
Maintain a record of work orders and report this to the Property Manager
Maintain a record of Insurance information of tenants and remind tenants when new insurance forms are needed
Maintain front office
Receive and distribute mail daily
Send welcome packets to all new tenants
Support the Executive Assistant with all events
Keep kitchen stocked 
Manage Google calendars

Background Profile:
3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
Previous experience working in commercial property management would be ideal, but is not required
Must be very organized 
Will be the face and the voice of the company, so professionalism is a must!
Professional dress is required: dresses or suit jacket with dark pants and professional shoes
Must be flexible and be comfortable working in an environment where each day is different
Must be able to handle multiple projects at once
Strong Excel skills are required, including the ability to use formulas and the ability to make charts on a regular basis
Previous experience with Avery labels. This is used often. 
Must have some calendaring experience. Google calendar experience is preferred, but will consider Outlook calendaring as well
They use Skyline as their property management software. Previous experience with this would be helpful.
Must be able to commit to working through August if selected for the role
Previous experience with work orders would be helpful
