Our client, located in the Alamo Heights area of San Antonio, TX, is in need of a Receptionist through April 17th. There is a possibility that this person could be hired on after that as well.
Public accounting firm that serves a variety of industries
Multiple Texas locations
The main purpose of this role is to assist with front desk responsibilities during tax season
Will provide general clerical support
Greet clients and guests
Scan incoming tax documents
Print and organize completed tax returns and present them to clients
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Stock and clean kitchen area
Load and unload dishwasher
Answer phones when needed
2+ years of administrative or receptionist experience
High school diploma
Great communication skills
Professional appearance and communication skills
Must not be easily intimidated
Able to work in a fast paced environment
MUST be organized
Strong keyboarding and filing skills
Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite
Able to pick up on new technology quickly
Previous experience scanning and filing electronically
