Our hugely successful and growing banking client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for an Inside Sales Representative / Outbound Sales Specialist on a contract to possible hire.

Inside Sales Representative / Outbound Sales Specialist Role:
The Inside Sales Representative / Outbound Sales Specialist will make outbound calls to current and potential clients and serve as a sales and service expert.
Offer products and services that meet the financial needs of the clients
Seek to achieve sales of products and services that meet the needs to the client and also benefit the company in accordance with sales expectations and goals
Make outbound sales calls specifically for lending opportunities
Build relationships focusing on service and quality assurance
Leads will be provided
Responsible for maintaining a pipeline of business, continually generating new business and work with business units to complete loan and account transactions when necessary
When obtaining new clients, responsible for assisting with the on-boarding process and ensure the new client receives all necessary documents and are familiar with the electronic tools available to them including account online, mobile banking, mobile deposit, etc.
Meet or exceed established monthly outbound sales and service goals
Prioritize day to effectively manage to reach the maximum amount of predetermined loan leads and cross sell the appropriate products and services based off a thorough needs analysis
Provide excellent service and consistently exceed client’ s expectations
Inside Sales Representative / Outbound Sales Specialist Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years financial institution experience
1+ years of customer service/sales related experience
Consumer lending/loan experience
Proficient in selling over the phone
Proficient in selling products in a fast paced environment and using needs based selling techniques
Must be fully knowledgeable of state and federal regulations
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs
Strong ability to multi task and strong time management skills
Experience with Symitar is a huge plus
Computer and technology savvy
