A great position for a “ people person,” we are currently looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator - Employment Screening to join our client’ s team on an ongoing contract basis in Dallas, TX.

Human Resources Coordinator - Employment Screening Role:

Perform a range of administrative tasks supporting the HR “ people” department supporting the employment screening process.

Complete extensive filing and tracking duties.

Coordinate with the Background Coordinator to ensure that all new hires have completed all pre-employment processes.

Engage in ongoing communications with all new hires and pre-hire applicants, sometimes maintaining conversations of a sensitive nature.

Process, track, and maintain fingerprinting and background requests for the organization. 

Order and ensure completion of background checks for all new hires.

Access data and review for discrepancies, inconsistencies, or items that need further investigation.

Prepare and audit status reports.

Distribute Pre-Adverse Action Notices to applicants who do not meet requirements and work in accordance of the Fair Credit Reporting Act guidelines.

Process fingerprint hits and partner with General Counsel to determine compliance for federal regulations and check eligibility for SIDA clearance, as needed.


Human Resources Coordinator - Employment Screening Background Profile:

At least three years of professional/administrative experience.

Previous experience in a human resources capacity would be helpful but is not required.

Proficient MS Office experience (especially in MS Excel) is a must!

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
