Customer Service Team Leader
Busy and growing client located in Irving, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Engagement Team Leader on a contract to possible hire basis.   They may consider direct hire in the event the qualified candidate is employed.

Customer Service Team Leader Role:
Provide top notch leadership over the customer service center in order to grow business and help enhance client retention.
Develop and improve on existing retention plans and incentive programs.
Build processes for targeted engagement and customer service activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Participate in application industry related events.   May come with some travel.
Coordinate activities with the marketing department to prepare related creative and promo materials.
Oversee customer service activities, including inbound and outbound service and/or retention calls.
Assess the effectiveness of services, policies, and procedures tied to each retention plan.
Develop and prepare reports for various departments as needed tied to membership and retention.
Coach, mentor, and develop the team.
Track related industry news and provide material to pass back to the professional association.
Train new center employees as needed.

Customer Service Team Leader Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s degree with 3+ years of customer service lead/management experience.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are a must.
Demonstrated leadership expertise.
Advanced skill working with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience in a non-profit or association is a plus.
Experience leading volunteers is helpful.
