We are looking to support our growing Irving, TX client in filling their Customer Service Representative position.  This is a great opportunity that you can experience on a contract to possible hire basis.

Global technology company offering local real estate market support.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls in a professional, warm and engaging manner, and provide specific and detailed information about properties and engage the caller to want to schedule a visit to the property.

Serve as a support member to various real estate entities acting as a local expert.
Answer inbound calls from prospective residents, clients, and residents living in  communities throughout the US
Handle customer inquiries through email and chat
Maintain a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Responsible to take and handle service requests and work order calls
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Represent client properties in a professional and positive manner


Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Flexibility to work 10-7, 11-8, or 12-9 shift with rotating consecutive days off
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask and prioritize
Strong determination and self-motivation skills

Prefer 2 years of experience in real estate or leasing industry
Leasing agent experience a plus but not required
Prefer 1 year of experience in a high volume call center
Will consider strong candidates with a retail or restaurant background
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a dynamic personality and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage others and gain their interest in the property they are sharing with them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively and persuasively lead a conversation
Team player and thrives in a team oriented environment
Strong problem solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Software application experience is a plus in any of the following: CTI. MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, RentRoll, OneSite, Yardi, AMSI, or Great Plains
