Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to work for our successful client in Irving, TX on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls in a professional, warm and engaging manner, and provide specific and detailed information about properties and engage the caller to want to schedule a visit to the property.
Answer inbound calls from prospective residents, clients, and residents living in apartment communities throughout the US
Handle customer inquiries through email and chat
Maintain a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Responsible to take and handle service requests and work order calls
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Represent client properties in a professional and positive manner

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Flexibility to work 10-7, 11-8, or 12-9 shift with rotating consecutive days off
Prefer 2 years of experience in real estate or leasing industry
Leasing agent experience a plus but not required
Prefer 1 year of experience in a high volume call center
Will consider strong candidates with a retail or restaurant background
It is a plus if experience in any of the following software applications: Yardi, CTI. MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, RentRoll, OneSite, AMSI, or Great Plains
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a dynamic personality and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage others and gain their interest in the property they are sharing with them.

Team player and thrives in a team oriented environment
Strong problem solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask and prioritize
