Corporate Sales Trainer Role:
The main purpose of this role is to partner with the company’ s clients to help them develop strong sales teams through seminars, webinars, and training.
In this role, we are looking for individuals with a very successful and proven sales background who also enjoy teaching and training others on how to be successful.
You will be responsible for selling the company’ s successful training program to prospective clients, as well as you will become a Certified Sales Trainer providing the company’ s clients with all the knowledge and tools to grow a highly successful sales team themselves. 
As a Certified Sales Trainer, you will travel to client sites to give all day seminars, as well as train and teach over the phone in training calls.
In the sales role, you will activate leads provided by the company and secure your own referrals.


Corporate Sales Trainer Background Profile:
The Corporate Sales Trainer will have a very successful sales background, showing a progression in their career.
3+ years successful selling experience 
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience in Sales Training and Leadership Development
Possible career progression from Sales, to Sales Manager, Sales Director, etc.
Will consider candidates from B2B, B2C, car sales, home sales, mortgage sales, and furniture sales
Must provide an account of sales success - ie. recognitions, awards, exceeding metrics
The ideal candidate will have an unstoppable mindset, be coachable, exceptionally driven, resourceful, results-oriented, passionate about helping businesses grow, persuasive, assertive, honest, have quality follow-up, attention to detail, gregarious, and be an outstanding verbal communicator.
Self-motivated, and a strong problem solver
Ability to work independently
