Corporate HR Recruiter Role: 
The Corporate HR Recruiter is responsible for recruiting for a multi-state company including referring applicants for direct care, technical, administrative and management positions.  
Responsible for processing job requisitions
Work closely with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for the positions
Works closely with and act as liaison with professional staffing agencies and advertising agencies
Screen and interview candidates
Coordinate appropriate employment testing and background checks
Extend verbal and written job offers
Maintain employee referral program
Responsible for conducting new hire orientation of new employees as needed
Follow up with related administrative aspects of employment including completion of new hire paperwork including health, employment and insurance forms, setting up employee’ s start date and letting the department/hiring manager know and what requisition the employee is filling, etc.
Complete weekly report on employment activity
Responsible for conducting exit interviews with terminating employees

Corporate HR Recruiter Background Profile:
The Corporate HR Recruiter will have a Bachelor’ s degree, preferably in HR or related field
2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred
Travel will be required – 50% - 80% travel
Extensive ATS experience
Experience in filling hard to fill positions
Proven experience using creative recruitment ideas – implementation and execution of ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ideal candidate will be energetic, create enthusiasm for the company and be able to work independently with little supervision
