Fantastic opportunity to work with our successful and busy client in Fort Worth, TX as a Client Operations Coordinator on a direct hire basis.

Creates positive change in sales and management teams through motivational seminars
Client Operations Coordinator Role:
The Client Operations Coordinator will handle a variety of administrative tasks for this busy and fast-growing company.
Responsibilities will include:
Work with clients and internal staff to lead and organize new client calls involving getting the new client set up with training, and scheduling/confirming dates for weekly calls and seminars
Work closely with the Learning Management System – responsible for posting weekly lessons for clients
Handle incoming and outgoing calls/emails, and respond to inquiries
Provide outstanding customer service and address all requests for information
Work closely with clients to ensure client contracts are fulfilled
Manage client calendars for weekly calls, seminars, etc.
Organize and schedule client seminars, working with client’ s schedules and coordinating location and headcount for the seminars
Prepare the necessary documentation for the seminars to ensure trainers have all necessary information when traveling to sites
Schedule monthly executive review calls and quarterly client calls and gather all information and documentation needed to be reviewed on the calls
Work closely with all company vendors (IT, printer, phones, internet, etc.)
Maintain a neat and orderly filing system
Handle the event planning for all seminars including coordinating meetings, appointments and training seminars
Ensure meeting areas are reserved and catering of meals is ordered if necessary
Ensure all meeting materials are prepared and ready to go
Maintain inventory supply of books, binders, training materials, miscellaneous supplies, etc.
Client Operations Coordinator Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years Operations or strong Administrative experience
Excellent organizational skills
Strong experience in managing calendars, events, and travel logistics
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Must be proficient in all Mac products (Pages, Numbers, iCal, iMail)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a high volume workload environment and with multiple interruptions
Ability to anticipate client’ s needs and step in as needed in the absence of the VP of Operations
Ability to pick up new things quickly and easily, and can be flexible with change and new challenges
