Call Center Representative

Our hugely successful and growing client in Fort Worth, TX is looking for Call Center Representatives on a contract to possible hire.

Call Center Representative Role:
The Call Center Representative with work in the Member Services department and will provide professional and courteous service via phone and email.
Sell and cross sell banking products and services by identifying potential sales opportunities and educating members and potential members on products and services that will best meet their needs.
Assist members with loans, account items, debit card issues, home banking/bill pay questions
Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Handle approximately 80-100 calls/day
Troubleshoot and resolve complex member account issues
Listen closely to concerns and ask probing questions to further understand the issues, and offer a resolution and/or follow up
Sell and cross sell various products including deposits, loans, investments, insurance, and other related financial products and services
Accurately process loan and new account applications received over the phone
Place outbound calls to members for dormant accounts, etc.

Call Center Representative Background Profile:
The Call Center Representative will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
Experience in a high-volume call center environment – 80-100 calls/day
Banking experience is a plus
Experience and desire to offer exceptional and outstanding customer service
Committed to being dependable, on time, and in attendance each day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – great phone etiquette
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Type 40 wpm
The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, a good listener, have a strong attention to detail, and able to multi-task.
