Bookkeeper / Front Desk:
Our client, located in Dallas, TX is in need of an Bookkeeper / Front Desk for a Contract to Hire opportunity.

Newly remodeled office
Bookkeeper / Front Desk Role:
The Bookkeeper / Front Deck will provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a variety of tasks including, but not limited to maintaining financial records, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank / credit card reconciliations.
This position works directly with the owners
Responsible for processing and reviewing purchasing orders to ensure product has been received to accurately bill clients
Responsible for P&L, Balance sheets and financial statement
Enter and track customer orders
Bank / Credit Card Reconciliations as well as expense reports
Full cycle Accounts Payable with weekly check runs
Accounts Receivable- billing and reconciliation but no collections
Responsible for analysis of General Ledger, Monthly Accounting and Financial Statement Preparation as well as Account Reconciliations
Office hours are 7 am - 4 pm
Bookkeeper / Front Desk Background Profile:
3-5 Years of experience as a Bookkeeper / Office Manager
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
10-key, data entry and computer skills required
Detail oriented and possess research and analytical talents with the ability to multi-task
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients and others
