Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will work with the EEO/Diversity HR team and assist with a project.
This role will work to update location codes. The company has a list of location codes that have never been updated as the company has gained new leases for office space, etc. The location codes also have to be updated for locations that they have retired for buildings/office space that they no longer own or lease.
Work with a given list of current company locations and compare them to the SAP location codes (their location codes do not necessarily correspond).
Identify which locations have been retired by comparing the two lists and which company employees are currently listed at those retired locations, and communicate with the field to determine what the affected employees updated location code should be and update in SAP.
Identify which locations have been added by comparing the two lists, communicate with the field to determine which employees are at the newly added locations and update their location in SAP.
Responsible for updating these location codes for an upcoming audit later in the year
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
The Administrative Assistant will have a high school diploma or the equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.
Experience making updates in SAP
Ability to work independently and be reliable and dependable
