Our client has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Manager on a  Direct hire basis  for their company, located in Nashville, TN

The Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Manager role:
Responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing and assessing talent to meet the staffing needs of the company
Will utilize sourcing strategies such as social media platforms, job boards, data mining techniques, job fairs, referrals, networking while continually identifying new pipelines through research.
Manage all parts of the sourcing, recruiting and hiring programs 
Meet all recruiting needs by developing strong relationships with hiring managers in different divisions
Manage and administer pre-employment screenings and background checks
Maintain and track recruiting metrics
Administer the exit interview process
Coach managers on interviewing techniques and applicable laws and company standards
Stay current on employment law
Use behavioral based interview techniques
Post open positions
Will phone screen applicants and, when needed, conduct initial in person interview
Will be recruiting for General Managers, Managers and then hourly positions such as cashiers, guest service representatives, prep cooks, hostesses, etc.

Background Profile:
Associates degree or higher preferred
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
Previous experience in retail, restaurant or convenience stores would be ideal
Previous experience utilizing an ATS
Strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
Very strong behavioral interviewing background
Ability and willingness to travel to local regions when needed
Must be able to think outside of the box and be forward thinking to stay ahead of up and coming technology and strategies
Must be a leader
