Job Description
Our client in Fort Worth, Texas is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Senior Administrative Assistant Role:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Collect and organize data for meetings, reports, and presentations
- Manage VP's calendar and schedule efficiently
- Collaborate with Executive Assistant on contracts and legal documents
- Assist with industry conferences and events as needed
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organize conference calls, meetings, and events
- Create presentations and materials for meetings
- Manage shipping of medical supplies for research purposes
- Ensure compliance and prevent conflicts of interest
- Handle ad-hoc projects and general administrative tasks
Senior Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse work environments
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Capacity to handle confidential information with urgency
- Experience in project coordination and working with cross-functional teams
