Job Description

Our client in Dallas, TX is seeking a Regional Property Manager on a direct hire basis.  

Company Profile:
Manage primarily single family homes
Investor owned properties

Regional Property Manager Role:
In this role, you will provide regional oversight to approximately 6 people.
You will assist a rapidly growing company who is currently adding approximately 120 homes/month to their portfolio.
Responsible to the execution of company standards and strategies related to property management operations and implement company policies and procedures to enable each property to meet or exceed financial goals and objectives.
Enhance financial performance of properties through revenue augmentation and expense management.
Conduct projections and forecasts of property income and expenditures.
Spearhead the development of customer service initiatives to elevate service standards, fostering team engagement.
Recruit, train, and guide Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and other personnel as necessary.
Formulate tailored marketing strategies for each market's requirements.
Analyze market data to detect emerging trends impacting property performance; collaborate with Property Managers to devise action plans for occupancy and growth.
Oversee day-to-day operations of properties within designated region.
Address escalation matters in accordance with company protocols.
Identify, evaluate, and coordinate maintenance requirements with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate closely with Leadership Team Members and Managers to devise regional and company-wide strategies.
Handle the day-to-day operations and work closely with the CFO to suggest process improvements and implementations

Regional Property Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree however extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Current and active Real Estate License in the state of Texas
4+ years of property management experience - primarily single family homes is a plus
Management experience 
MS Office Suite
Technology exposure to property management software 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and critical thinking skills are a must
Desire to lead by example and work closely with your team to provide outstanding results and customer service for clients
Strong customer service skills
Ability to hold others accountable
Desire to work in a rapidly growing and collaborative team environment
Experience working with investor owned properties is a huge plus
