Receptionist
Job Description
Our busy client located in Miramar, Florida has an immediate need for a Receptionist on 2 month contract basis, and may consider contract to hire.
Company Profile:
For profit college
Monday - Thursday 10am-7pm, Friday 8am-4pm
Receptionist Role:
Managing of phone calls and visitors
Tracking and distribution of documents for signature
Mail distribution
Meeting and Meal Set-Up and coordination of clean-up
Request office supplies as needed
Coordination of company events
Track and coordinate community involvement efforts
Assist as needed with presentations and marketing materials
Work with Recruiting to supply appropriate items for job fairs, events, and new hires
Distribute internal announcements as requested
Assist with seasonal and event decoration
Assist with data entry projects as needed
Receptionist Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong MS Office skills
