Receptionist Role: 
The Receptionist is the first point of contact and voice of the company, answering all incoming calls and greeting guests in the office with a warm and friendly personality.
Also, responsible for basic office assistance including data entry, scanning, copying, filing, etc.
Maintain a professional level of confidentiality for employees, consumers, and families.
Answers all incoming calls and directs calls appropriately.
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing messages distributing to the appropriate person(s) in a timely manner.
Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Data entry with emphasis on accuracy.
Clerical back up to other departments as needed for data entry tasks.
Files accurately, and maintains assigned files.
Copying, collating paperwork.
Shredding material as needed.
Internal mail and package delivery to company members.
Assist job applicants and answer questions. 
Maintain a neat, organized and professional front office area.
Forward telephones and ensure building is secure before leaving.
Un-forward phone in the morning from Answering Service.
Occasional trip to the store to purchase supplies, etc.


Receptionist Background Profile:
The Receptionist will have a High School diploma or the equivalent
Minimum 1 year of general office/receptionist experience
Valid Texas Driver’ s license
Bubbly, warm and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
Basic MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel
Typing 40 wpm
Experience using office equipment including fax, copier, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills
