Receptionist - Temporary
Houston, Texas | Contract
Our client located in the Energy Corridor area of Houston, TX, is in need of a Temporary Receptionist for a short-term assignment.
Oil and Gas company that has been in business for over 50 years
Fill in while receptionist is out on extended leave
Maintain cleanliness of lobby
Answer calls and directs to right person
Accept deliveries and email employees that are on different floors to let them know that they have a delivery
Monitor voicemail box
Stuff envelopes and address, stamp, sort and distribute mail, packages and other materials
Pick up mail from 1st floor mailbox
Create address labels, folder labels and other similar duties
Printing, typing, faxing, scanning, etc.
2+ years as a receptionist or similar role
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Previous experience scanning, printing labels, faxing, etc
Professional attitude and appearance
Multiline phone system experience
High school diploma
