Quality Manager Role:
Quality Manager will lead a Team of Engineers that manages material to both internal and external specifications
Act as a primary resource for customer feedback to enhance positive customer and supplier relationships
Lead quality review boards ensuring material compliance
Provide leadership and expertise while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and other industry requirements
Interface with customers regarding updates, specs, complaints, and audits
Lead AS9100 and other recertification efforts
Lead root-cause-corrective action process
Review manufacturing documents for compliance with quality requirements
Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Prepare, analyze, and present detailed and management-oriented written and oral reports
Quality Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Master's degree preferred
Must have five years of experience leading AS9100 quality systems in manufacturing
Black Belt certifications are strongly desired as well as
Also interested in other ASQ certifications such as: Quality Auditor Certification and Certified Quality Engineer
