Outstanding opportunity for a Provider Manager on a direct hire basis for our successful and growing client in Fort Worth, TX.

Provider Manager Role:
The Provider Manager will be the primary connection between nurse practitioners in the field, the company, and the clients.
Communicate directly with the provider network
Define in-home visit capacity for each territory for external teams
Facilitate resource planning and goal setting
Successfully onboard new employees
Implement and maintain successful communication strategies for positive and productive provider engagement
Identify service performance issues
Work closely with the team and outside of the team to resolve issues within their assigned territories
Work closely with the healthcare recruiters and act as the liaison between the recruiters and the network providers
Set up territories and regions, working to get provider networks up and defined for the in-home health assessments
Responsible for all the onboarding of the providers, communication with the providers, setting up the service (contracts) with the providers, and defining what the goals are for the particular provider network

Provider Manager Background Profile:
The Provider Manager will have a High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’ s degree preferred
2+ years’ experience interfacing with providers in a direct, remote, or field environment – prefer experience working with field reps
Health plan knowledge or background – experience working with health plans and providers specifically around Medicare/Medicaid
Experience working with nurse practitioners or physician assistants
Ability to successfully develop relationships
Success working independently with little supervision
Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior experience working in a leadership capacity overseeing staff directly
