We are looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper for our client in Arlington, TX on a contract to possible hire basis.

Part-Time Bookkeeper Role:
The Part- Time Bookkeeper is responsible for all accounting functions for the business.
Manage, maintain accounting cycle in QuickBooks
Data entry of commissions received, and commissions paid (accuracy is a must)
Process all accounts receivable and accounts payable
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards in QuickBooks
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Year-end bookkeeping, work with external CPA firm to provide supporting documents for tax return
Responsible for Online Banking: Paying bills, transferring money, electronic deposits
Part-Time Bookkeeper Profile:
Must have current experience working in QuickBooks
At least 3 years hands on bookkeeping experience
Part-time job, approximately 21-24 hours per week, days and working hours can be flexible
Microsoft Office products including Word & Excel: Produce Cash Position Reports
