Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant:
Our growing client located in Dallas, TX is seeking an Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and accounting support to the sales and parts departments on a contract to possible hire basis.

Dallas based company providing sales and service for manufacturing equipment.

Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant  Role:
The Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the sales and parts departments on a daily basis.
Experience managing incoming calls and providing information to customers on product and accounts with a high level of professionalism
Maintain Excel Spreadsheets in reference to production and parts
Tasks and manages projects from inception through completion utilizing QuickBooks
Coordinates each step of the process, communicating from sales through billing with each collaborative party
Drafting letters and reports 

Office Coordinator / Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Requires at least 2 years professional office experience 
Experience in coordinating multi-stage projects and interdisciplinary communication a plus
Requires excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple and changing responsibilities while being organized & detail oriented, with a proven commitment to customer service
Ability to display effective interpersonal skills with all levels of employee, as well as the ability to positively and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
Proven success, strong integrity and work ethic are critical
