Our client located in Plano, Texas is hiring a New Business Agent to join their team.

New Business Agent Role:
As a New Business Agent, you will enjoy a fast-paced office job with duties ranging from dealing with a client’s policy or contract to answering questions regarding a client’s existing contracts and following up on pending business.
Assisting with new annuity and indexed universal life insurance policy applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 
Conduct assessments of applications before submitting and working with upper to ensure successful processing. 
Managing workflows with each insurance carrier to ensure efficient processing of applicants. Applications can include AUM, Wills & Trust, IUL, Term Life, and other lines of business. .
Managing incoming annuity premiums and transfers to ensure speedy and accurate funding of new client accounts and existing client adds. 
Work directly with financial institutions, corporate liaisons, and facilitators. 
Keeping accurate and up to date reporting on funds.
Tracking annuity premiums and commissions year-round and conducting Paid Premium and Commission analysis to ensure accuracy in all transactions. 
Work with bookkeeping to identify discrepancies and ensure that the correct production credits are applied and revenue to the firm is accurate. 
Tracking individual clients' policy terms and proactively contacting clients to facilitate plan renewals and preserve their business for the firm.
Expand job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Build report and continue to maintain excellent client relationships.

New Business Agent Background Profile:
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience in the insurance and/or sales industry is helpful but not required
Experience using Microsoft-365 Exchange, strong excel skills, enterprise CRM and Adobe
Must enjoy multi-tasking and consider themselves highly detailed
Experience with time management and project management 
Strong client, vendor, and 3rd party relations
Must be willing to attain a notary license within the first 3 months and attain a Life and Health license within the first year, both paid by company
