Marketer Role:
The Marketer will foster relationships with potential partners and referral sources, such as social workers, case managers, discharge planners, concierge doctors, and specialists, while actively pursuing networking opportunities within and outside the industry.
Engage in community involvement to enhance the Agency's visibility and reputation.
Provide consultation to prospective clients, offering information on available care options, service offerings, and company policies.
Assist clients with understanding and completing necessary engagement documents, and follow up with those requiring additional information.
Conduct initial client assessments upon service engagement and conduct follow-up visits as needed to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Coordinate visits, care-plan updates, and non-medical assessments in collaboration with Quality Assurance, Scheduling, and the Director of Nursing.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with assigned staff members, facilitating effective communication loops between staff, clients, and Scheduling team.
Develop rapport with staff to support appropriate staffing assignments for clients.
Participate in staff round table discussions and represent the Agency at industry conferences, expos, and vendor fairs.
Utilize company CRM and software tools to manage the client pipeline, track referral sources, and forecast business growth.
Support marketing efforts by assisting with follow-up from events, communications, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to establish achievable KPIs, client targets, and marketing budgets based on data analysis.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of payroll and invoicing, and communicate with HR and Scheduling to anticipate staffing needs and maintain operational efficiency.
Marketer Background Profile:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills along with dynamic presentation abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sterling reputation among peers, professionals, and clientele.
Proficiency in collaborating effectively across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability for creative thinking and adeptness in handling impromptu situations.
Maintaining a composed and respectful demeanor with clients, staff, and corporate associates, even amidst high-pressure scenarios.
Adaptable to various responsibilities, adept at multitasking, and quick to embrace new projects or skills as required.
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving growth targets and managing tasks autonomously.
Proactive, discreet, enthusiastic, and dedicated to advancing the Agency's mission and values.
Experienced in MS Office and CRM systems.
