Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and format legal documents, letters, and court filings
- E-file documents with courts and maintain accurate legal records
- Manage attorney calendars and track key deadlines
- Coordinate client meetings and handle professional communications
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper case files
- Provide general administrative support (phones, mail, scheduling, etc.)
- Conduct light research and assist in preparing materials for closings or meetings
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, legal, or professional office experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High degree of professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to legal documents or real estate mortgage closing procedures
- Experience in professional services industries (legal, finance, real estate, etc.)
