Our very busy Houston law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary on a direct hire basis.  If you have 3+ years of Insurance Defense in transportation and personal injury defense – we want to talk to you!

Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Secretary Role
This litigation Legal Secretary position is ideal for the legal candidate who loves a high-volume, high-profile desk supporting a team of Attorneys  
Heavy Legal Administrative tasks
Type, revise and proofread documents
E-filing with State and Federal Courts
Schedule travel arrangements
Experience with case management software
Coordinate depositions & meetings
Assist in trial preparation
Set up expert witnesses, depositions and hearings
Time entry
Attorney billing

Hybrid Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary Profile
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense litigation
Ability to multi-task
MS Office Suite experience
Must have strong formatting experience for Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
Must have excellent tenure
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a demanding environment
Must possess excellent communication skills
Candidate must be able to work in a high-volume case setting
