Our Law Firm based in Dallas is seeking a Hybrid 3+ year insurance coverage associate to join our firm. The ideal candidate should be able to research and prepare coverage opinions, effectively communicate with clients, and handle all phases of coverage litigation in state and federal court.

Hybrid Insurance Coverage Attorney Role
The successful candidate possesses exceptional research and writing skills with great attention to detail 
Familiarity with personal and commercial policies is a must
A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience is required
Expert witness and trial experience is preferred 
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with professional liability and D&O policies 
Position includes writing coverage opinions and coverage position letters
Our Dallas Coverage Group operates in a teamwork environment
The attorney will have the benefit of gaining hands-on experience and working closely with partners invested in their professional development and growth

Hybrid Insurance Coverage Attorney Background 
Candidate must have 3+ years of Insurance Defense experience
We offer a flexible work environment with remote workdays 
The applicant must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attorney must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Candidate must be punctual and enjoy working in a team environment
Candidate must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Candidate must have superior organizational skills
