Job Description
Our client in Richardson, Texas is looking for an Executive Assistant on a direct hire basis.

Executive Assistant Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our executive leadership team. This role requires collaboration with fellow executive assistants to ensure seamless support for all C-suite members.
Partner with other executive assistants to guarantee comprehensive support for our C-suite executives.
Assist with scheduling, logistics, catering, and the creation/distribution of materials for Board and Executive meetings.
Organize and coordinate both in-person and virtual events, including team-building activities, staff meetings, and business engagements as directed by leadership.
Proactively manage complex calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and coordinate rescheduling efforts.
Facilitate international and domestic travel plans for individuals and groups using our travel management system.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Create, review, and refine PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and SharePoint content.
Oversee the organization of records while maintaining an efficient filing system.
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor degree is preferred but not required
Requesting 5 years in an executive assistant role within a large corporation
Experience supporting multiple executives
Must have strong experience with scheduling travel, complex calendar management, expense reports, etc.
High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks accurately and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
