Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service representative will process customer cases according to company policy in the company's various systems in an effort to resolve all customer questions and/or issues
Take and return incoming calls, troubleshooting to address customer issues
Respond to customer email and chats, scheduling follow up calls when needed
Enter necessary customer information and documentation as needed to track all correspondence
Various projects as assigned
Customer Service Representative Profile:
HS Diploma Required
Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience
Data entry experience
Retail experience a plus, specifically eCommerce
Positive attitude, with the ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
