Our e-tailer services client in Atlanta GA is on the hunt for a Corporate Training Manager on a Direct Hire basis.

Corporate Training Manager Role:
Responsible for providing leading edge learning and development opportunities for employees to increase individual and organizational performance.  
You will be responsible for the design, management, delivery and implementation of development programs aligned to results with business drivers and performance expectations.  
You will identify, develop, enhance, execute and measure learning needs in collaboration with key stakeholders, to support the business strategies. 
Play a key role in developing initiatives that enhance development, business performance, employee and team development, productivity, and employee engagement.


Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to assure talent development programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes.


Coach business leaders on best practices and practical approaches to talent development within their organizations.


Ensure the flawless and cost effective delivery of talent development services.

Lead enhancement efforts and execution of the high potential leadership program.


Deliver monthly new hire on-boarding program.

Train managers on performance management processes.


Design and deliver team effectiveness solutions for middle management leadership teams to increase overall performance and retention of employees.


Gather feedback and data to improve learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.


Facilitation to support key talent development initiatives.

Research progressive and new learning methodologies, tools, practices and implement based on business needs.


Maintain, encourage, and contribute to a meaningful measurement approach that relates learning to clear productivity and ROI metrics.

Corporate Training Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree required.

5+ years of relevant experience working with talent management/development programs.

Expertise in talent management disciplines (i.e. coaching, assessment, development, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning) is preferred.


Experience with blended learning designs, preferred.


Experience facilitating professional, management and leadership development programs.


Consultative approach toward internal clients with ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership in a collaborative environment.


Ability to identify present and future talent development needs based on business needs and influence the talent and development strategic plan.


Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.


Creative and innovative with approach and ideas.


Excellent project management and program development skills to achieve success in retaining the best talent.
