Busy and growing client located in Irving, TX has an immediate need for a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist on a long-term contract basis.

Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
The Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement strategies to attract, identify, and hire highly qualified employees as well as Screen, interview, and assess applicants for open positions and ensure they are a fit for the organization
Build an ongoing talent pipeline
Actively source and recruit candidates from a variety of media, job-boards, websites, networks, job fairs, alumni boards, community outreach, and tech schools 
Create, post, and monitor all job postings and recruiting advertisements
Create and update role alignment cards, job descriptions and job training checklists
Manage the internship and seasonal programs
Screen resumes and candidates through our internal database, social networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and social media
Coordinate and conduct interviews between candidates and the hiring manager
Coordinate job offers, drug screens and background checks to ensure a smooth transition as the applicant moves to the onboarding stage

Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Background Profile:
BA degree preferred, but not required                          
Minimum 2-3 years of experience recruiting for hourly and/or exempt level positions 
Must utilize Speed, Teamwork, Honesty and Continuous Improvement
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting strongly preferred                  Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization 
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools                      Effective communications at both technical and professional levels, great interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong experience using social media and internet tools for candidate sourcing
Ability to travel 20% of the time
