Our busy client located in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Bilingual Receptionist on a contract basis but could be contract to possible hire for the right candidate.

Bilingual Receptionist Role:
The Bilingual Receptionist would be responsible for answering incoming calls and greeting guests in a positive, professional and friendly manner as well as filing and general office support.
Answer phone and direct to the appropriate party
Greet guests and notify employees when guests have arrived
Follow office procedure to have guests sign in and out
Receive packages and notify the mail room of arrival
Manage office supply inventory and order office supplies as needed, working with the vendor on pricing
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Bilingual Receptionist Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail
Able to learn and use relevant internal computer systems
Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
Able to use 10-key by touch preferred
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player, able to perform basic math calculations, able to multi-task
