Our successful and busy client in Houston, TX has a need for an Administrative Assistant on a direct hire basis.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting C Suite Executives as well as providing receptionist and general office support for the office as a whole.
Responsible for greeting guests in person or on the phone with an energetic, warm and friendly personality.
Receive packages and other shipments and handle incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis.
Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate person.
Assist with organizing conference room schedules.
Provide travel arrangement support, prepare reports, expense reports, letters and general correspondence, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
Maintain documents on the admin drive and distribute when necessary.
Book and organize meetings held in the office or externally, including ordering and setting up of catering needs, working with IT for tech support, and any other needs specific to the meeting.
Responsible for stocking and ordering refreshments and snacks for all kitchens, including grocery shopping, and working with outside vendors for necessary items and coordinated service.
Order office supplies, receive orders, and distribute and/or stock in proper locations, as well as oversee the inventory supply and keep neat and orderly.
Work on special projects as needed.
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
The Administrative Assistant will have a High School diploma or the equivalent.
2+ years’ of administrative support experience, specifically supporting C Suite Executives
The ideal candidate will have lots of energy, with an outgoing and positive personality, who is extremely professional and polished.
Proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong Outlook experience
Strong travel arrangement scheduling experience
Familiarity with the oil and gas industry is a plus
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, customer service focused, with strong organizational skills
