Busy and growing transportation client located in Denver, CO is seeking an Administrative Assistant on contract to possible hire basis.
Transportation and Logistics
Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to managers and staff.
Accurately prepare and process data and paperwork including but not limited to maintaining driver activities in computer systems, activity reports/trip documents, driver hours of service, fuel tickets and other required items.
Friendly and courteous attitude when greeting office visitors, answering the phones, or assisting colleagues and clients
Data Entry for billing, receivable and payable functions to be sent to corporate along with all supporting paperwork.
Copying, and scanning documents
Create and maintain driver reports
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
Extremely Organized Individual
1-3 years’ experience in an Administrative role
High School diploma or GED
Data entry skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
