Job Description
Our client based in Coral Springs, Florida is in need of an Accounting Admin. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Accounting Administrator Role:
The Accounting Admin is responsible for processing client invoices received for payment.
Undertake the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Accounting Admin will perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
Reconcile vendor statements.
The Accounting Admin will contact clients regarding outstanding balances.
Ensure the accuracy of invoice amounts and communicate with vendors.
Other administrative projects as assigned by management
Accounting Administrator Background Profile:
A college degree is preferred but not required
Looking for a minimum of 1-year experience of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles
Data entry skills
Desire and ability to learn
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
